Australia’s Tallest skyscraper – A VISIONARY MINI-METROPOLIS

Imagine living within the world’s tallest vertical garden ... The Next Evolution of Living is here!

STH BNK By Beulah is a project of an unprecedented scale for Melbourne, drawing together leading figures in international design and placemaking to create a world-class, multi-use development that sets a benchmark in liveable urban design. STH BNK By Beulah Residences are designed to suit every scale and style, with interior design inspired by local landscapes.

Set to be Australia’s tallest building, STH BNK By Beulah will be a stunning sculptural form composed of two towers defined by twisting geometric glass façades and the highest vertical garden in the world. From the active multi-level podium beneath the towers to the open public square and extensive park spaces, the architecture is both inviting and inspiring.

This will be a city within a city. An ecosystem that is culturally enriching, imbued with a sense of community and belonging. A place where everything is connected and curated. A place to shop, stay, work, visit and learn. A place to get back to nature, at the top of Melbourne’s tallest tower. And, at the end of the day, a place to return home.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a global leader in luxury hospitality, has been chosen to manage the hotel within STH BNK By Beulah. Taking luxury to new heights as part of the STH BNK development, the Hotel will be located in what is set to be the world’s tallest vertical garden. Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne will crown the western tower of STH BNK By Beulah and will see guests arrive via a Sky Lobby situated on the 63rd floor, boasting panoramic views over Melbourne’s city skyline, beachfront and Royal Botanical Gardens.

Envisioned as a vertical village and a mini- metropolis, Southbank is a multi-faceted and pedestrian-friendly destination. Designed through an international collaboration between UNStudio and Cox Architecture, STH BNK will stand proudly on Melbourne’s skyline, and welcome the city’s people within.

From an innovative art gallery, world-class retail and wellness precincts, a luxurious and well- renowned international Hotel Partner and four distinct residential collections; STH BNK By Beulah will be a feast for the senses - a new place to live, work, play and explore.

Location:

- The site is located centrally & strategically within the CBD, arts, entertainment sports and Royal Botanic Gardens precinct
- STH BNK is a “walker’s paradise” and a “riders paradise”; achieving a 98/100 score as shopping, work, education, entertainment and daily errands do not require a car
